Uli, una bailarina convertida en farmacéutica por necesidad, es incapaz de conectar con su esposo y su bebé recién nacido. Tras enterarse de que su padre -ausente desde su infancia- ha muerto y dejado una herencia en Puerto Maldonado, Uli viaja a la selva y se reencuentra con su tío Nico. Unidos por la búsqueda del desaparecido y por heridas que comparten sin saberlo, ambos desarrollan una relación improbable que llevará a Uli a cuestionar el abandono que heredó y que podría estar repitiendo.

Uli—a dancer turned pharmacist out of necessity—is unable to connect with her husband and her newborn baby. After learning that her father—absent since her childhood—has died and left behind an inheritance in Puerto Maldonado, Uli travels to the jungle and reunites with her Uncle Nico. Bound together by the search for the missing man and by wounds they unknowingly share, the two develop an improbable relationship that leads Uli to question the legacy of abandonment she inherited—one she may well be repeating.
