Uli, una bailarina convertida en farmacéutica, es incapaz de conectar con su esposo y su hijo recién nacido. Tras enterarse de que su padre —desaparecido desde su infancia— ha muerto y dejado una herencia en Puerto Maldonado, Uli viaja a la selva y se reencuentra con su tío Nico. Mientras buscan el cuerpo entre rumores de que el padre sigue vivo y de sus vínculos con la mafia minera de la región, Uli confronta el abandono que atraviesa la selva y su propio rol en un ciclo de ausencias parentales.

Uli, a former dancer turned pharmacist, is unable to connect with her husband and newborn son. After learning that her father—missing since her childhood—has died and left behind an inheritance in Puerto Maldonado, Uli travels into the jungle and reunites with her uncle Nico. As they search for the body amid rumors that her father is still alive and tied to the region’s mining mafia, Uli confronts the abandonment haunting the rainforest and her own role in a cycle of parental absence.
